Open a method (LC/MS)

A method has the extension amx. If you are opening a method from a previous version, see Open a method from a previous version (LC/MS).

1. Click Method.

2. Click  in the Acquisition Method toolbar. The Open an acquisition method dialog box opens.
3. Select the method that you want to open. Click to switch to a different folder. You can only select from methods within the current project.
4. Click Open.
