Tune Toolbar (LC/MS)

This toolbar is available in each section in the Tune section.

Toolbar icon	Action
	Lock control of the instrument for tuning. This icon is only available when the instrument is unlocked.
	Unlocks control of the instrument. This icon is only available when the instrument is locked for tuning.
	Autotune the Single Quadrupole instrument. See Tune the MS automatically (LC/MS).
	Checktune the Single Quadrupole instrument. See Run Checktune (LC/MS).
	Download tune parameters to the Single Quadrupole instrument. This option is only available if your instrument is an Agilent 61xxC (for example, 6125C or 6135C).
	Start Data Acquisition in Tune. This option is only available if your instrument is an Agilent 61xxC (for example, 6125C or 6135C).
	Stop tune acquisition.
	Open a tune file. This option is only available if your instrument is an Agilent 61xxC (for example, 6125C or 6135C).
	Save the tune parameters to the current tune file. This option is only available if your instrument is an Agilent 61xxC (for example, 6125C or 6135C).
	Save the tune parameters to a different tune file. This option is only available if your instrument is an Agilent 61xxC (for example, 6125C or 6135C).
	Delete a tune file. This option is only available if your instrument is an Agilent 61xxC (for example, 6125C or 6135C).
