Modify result set during oligo analysis

You may need to modify the result set in DA after starting the oligo analysis, for example, to change integration settings in the method. This requires a reset to the last result set version without oligo information. Proceed as described below.

NOTE

If you modify a result set in Data Analysis that has incomplete oligo information, you will not be able to continue the oligo analysis.

1. Reset the result set to the version marked with an asterisk (see Reset result set).

2. In Data Analysis, load the latest result set version. Modify the result set as required, reprocess, and save all results.

3. Start a new oligo analysis (see Run Oligo Analysis).
