Reset result set

To re-evaluate a result set with updated project settings, you must reset the result set to a version that does not contain any oligo results.

Preparations

• You need the default privileges included in the role Oligo Supervisor (see Roles and Privileges for Oligo Analysis Accelerator). Roles and privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

1. In the content area, select the relevant result set.

   If you use subfolders within your results folder: Ensure that your result set is located in the correct subfolder. Moving result sets to different paths after opening them in the OAA web interface is not supported.

2. Click Reset.

3. If several result set versions exist, select the one to which you want to revert the result set. The version with an asterisk was the basis for the last started oligo workflow.

   NOTE

   The drop-down list only shows full versions. Versions created in Snapshot or Review mode and versions created during an oligo analysis are not available for a reset.

   Versions created in Data Analysis after a partial oligo analysis are listed but will cause an error message. See Modify result set during oligo analysis.

4. Click Reset.

   A success message is shown. A new version is created based on your selection.

The oligo analysis can now be re-evaluated. See Run Oligo Analysis.
