Calibration curve with LOD/LOQ

The snippet Calibration curve with LOD/LOQ includes the calculated the Limit of detection (LOD) and Limit of quantitation (LOQ), based on the standard deviation of the quantification residuals (Analytical Biochemistry 385 (2009) 101-106). The calculated values may be higher than the usual approach (injection at low concentration to reach signal-to-noise 3.3 or 10) as it evaluates the quantification process in addition to the instrument capability.

The snippet can be used for Single Sequence Summary or Cross-Sequence Summary reporting (see Report Types), and will show the calibration standard results as well as the calibration used for the sample quantification.
