Preview a new report

Preparations

• To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privilege Data Processing > Print results reports . Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

1. Save your results.

2. Select the signals that you want to report.

   1. In the File ribbon tab, select the Options page.
   2. If you want to report only selected signals, select the Report only selected signals check box.
   3. In the navigation pane of the Data Processing view, select the relevant signals.

3. Select the Reporting view.

4. Select the data that you want to report.

   1. The Injections section of the navigation tree lists all currently loaded injections. If you want to consider other data: Load the corresponding data files.
   2. Select the relevant data either by clicking the names so that they are highlighted, or by clicking the pins.

5. Select the Preview layout from the Layouts ribbon group, or open the Report Preview window.

6. If you have already loaded a report template: Click Refresh Preview or press Ctrl+F5 to make sure the report shows the current data.

7. If no template is loaded: Load a report template.

   1. The Report Templates section lists all report templates in the currently selected directory. If required, navigate to a different directory. You can choose any location within the project path defined in the Control Panel.
   2. Double-click the report template.

The generated report is shown in the Report Preview window.

Use the Report Preview toolbar to scroll through the pages, search a keyword, print the report, or change the zoom factor of the preview.
