The reporting engine extracts spectra directly from the raw data. It does not evaluate the spectra that are visible in the Data Processing view. This allows you to select the reported spectra independently from the settings in the processing method.
To show spectra to your report, add a spectra plot snippet. For example, Spectra > Spectra Plot snippet (for UV spectra) or Spectra > MS Spectra Plot snippet (for MS spectra).

If spectra are missing on the report, check if the corresponding peak was found. Only spectra assigned to a peak are extracted. If no peak was found although you expected one, adjust your integration parameters. Arbitrary spectra that are not associated to any peak are omitted. |
