What do you want to do?
Ramp the Fragmentor dynamically
Ramp the lenses during manual tune
The name of the current tune file. You can use the icons in the Tune Toolbar to open and save a tune file.
Whether or not the current tune file is a Fast scan tune file.
The source that is configured with the current instrument.
Whether the stream from the LC is going into Waste or into the MS.
Whether or not the calibrant is flowing.
Positive or Negative.
Scan, SIM, or Profile.
The Fragmentor parameter controls the voltage applied to the exit of the capillary. The Fragmentor voltage affects the transmission and fragmentation of sample ions. See Fragmentor.
Skimmer control the voltage applied to skimmer 1. See Skimmer.
The Octopole DC controls the DC offset voltage applied to the octopole. See Octopole DC.
See Octopole RF.
The voltage applied to Lens1. See Lens1 DC (LC/MS).
The voltage applied to Lens2. See Lens2 DC.
The voltage applied to Lens2. See Lens2 DC RF Off.
Whether or not the RF voltage on lens 2 is enabled. If you clear this check box, then the RF is off. This parameter is used on 6130 LC/MS model.
Lens2 RF sets the amplitude of the RF voltage. See Lens2 RF.
See Lens2 RF Phase.
