To Perform a Run with the PAL Sampler

To perform a run:

1. Start an online instrument data session.

2. Once online, select the data system's injection source as PAL Sampler.

3. Open the PAL Sampler Setup Method editor.

   1. Select the appropriate script from the drop-down list.

   2. Enter the Parameter Setup information specific to your selected script.

   3. Click OK to close the Setup Method editor.

4. Save your method.

5. Open the PAL Configuration > Tray Map. Note the vial range for the tray you want to use.

6. Open your Instrument Actuals > PAL Sampler Status to follow the progress of the run.

7. Start the run in your data system.
