Analysis Table actions

Use online actions to modify the state of the analyses or the order in which they are performed.

The list of actions is accessible in the Online layout from the Actions ribbon tab:

Action	Description
Refresh	Forces a refresh of the Analysis Table.
Schedule	Turns the Waiting analysis/sequence into the Scheduled state.
Wait	Turns the Scheduled analysis/sequence into the Waiting state.
Restart	Restarts the Ended, Error or Stopped analysis/sequence. The restarted analysis turns into the Waiting state. You will have to schedule it manually (Schedule button).
Stop	Stops a Submitted or In Progress analysis/sequence. In case of a sequence, the entire sequence is stopped. The In progress analysis turns into the Stopped state, the next ones turn into the Waiting state in the sequence table. The sequence state turns into Stopped in the Analysis table.
Stop instrument	Stops all acquisitions performed on an instrument: the Submitted or In Progress analysis is stopped; the Scheduled ones turn into the Waiting state. You only need to select one analysis associated with the instrument to stop (in Submitted, In Progress or Scheduled state) and then click Stop instrument. If you select analyses associated with different instruments, all analyses launched on those instruments are stopped.
Sooner	Increases the analysis' priority. The priority order goes from N to N-1. Useful for analyzing an urgent sample for example.
Later	Reduces the analysis' priority. The priority order goes from N to N+1.

The action availability depends on the state of the selected analysis.

NOTE

You need the Edit Analysis privilege to schedule, pause, stop, and restart analyses or sequences.
