Search for analyses or sequences

Filter your analyses and sequences in the Analyses view by comparing their parameters with the search criteria.

1. Enter a search string in the search field of the toolbar in the Analyses view. You can search for any information that is available in the parameter fields.

2. Click or tap Enter. Note, that after 2 seconds of inactivity, the search query is executed automatically.

All hits that exactly match the search string are listed.

The search criteria is also displayed in the Analyses bar.

3. Remove the search term from the search field to clear the filter.
