You only have one fragmentor ramp, and it applies to all scans that enable the Fragmentor ramp.
The method audit trail notes any ramp table change for every ramped scan to which that ramp applies.
Edit the Acquisition Parameters Table (LC/MS)
If you select the check box in the Fragmentor ramp? column in the Acquisition Section (LC/MS), the Fragmentor is ramped during acquisition. If you click the arrow in that column, this Ramp Table is opened. This pop-up window shows a table containing pairs of Mass (m/z) and Fragmentor voltage (V). The value for the fragmentor is ramped between the values in this table.
All Scan rows in the table that have Positive polarity use one Ramp Table.
All Scan rows in the table that have Negative polarity use a different Ramp Table.
SIM rows do not use the Ramp Table; you specify the Fragmentor (V) to use.
These two columns are in the Ramp Box: Mass (m/z) and Fragmentor voltage (V).
The table automatically updates so that the masses in the Mass (m/z) column are in increasing order.
The fragmentor voltage for each mass acquired is determined by ramping the fragmentor between the two nearest Mass (m/z) values.
