Create a sequence template

Create a sequence template with defined constants, injection patterns, and step specifications that can be used over and over again to complete the Sequence table.

1. Click Sequence.
   
   

2. Click Sequence Creation Template.
   
   
   
   The Sequence Creation Template consists of four sections:
   
   

3. The most recently opened template is displayed. Edit the existing information, click New sequence creation template to clear the template, or click Open sequence creation template to open and modify an existing template.

4. Define parameters you want to remain constant for all samples in the template in the Constants section.

5. Add, delete, or rearrange samples in the Start, Cycle, and End of your injection pattern.

6. Edit details for each sample in the Sample Specifications section.

7. Review your template in the Summary section. Different types of samples are represented by colored circles. Associated tokens display to the right.

8. Click Save sequence creation template as file or Save sequence creation template to save your template as an .stx file.
