Edit Advanced Acquire section (LC/MS)

1. If needed, show the Acquisition Parameters table.

1. 1. Click Method.

1. 2. In the Acquisition Method window in the navigation pane, click Instrument Setup > SQ.
   3. In the navigation pane select Advanced Acquire.

2. Set up the Global Parameters. See Edit MS Global Parameters (LC/MS) for more information.
3. Edit the Acquisition Parameters Table (LC/MS).
4. Edit the Source parameters (LC/MS).
5. Edit the Chromatograms table (LC/MS).
6. Edit the Timetable (LC/MS).
