Select or deselect analyses or sequences

Prerequisites

To select multiple analyses or sequences in the Analyses view, you must first enable the multiple selection mode.

Enable or disable multiple selection of analyses and sequences

1. In the Analysis view, click or tap a single analysis or sequence.

2. In the bottom area, select the check box to enable multiple selection.

Now you can select multiple items at the same time. Below the check box, you can see the number of selected items (analyses and sequences) in relation to the total number of items displayed in the Analyses view.

3. Clear the check box to select only one analysis at a time. If you disable multiple selection, your current selection of analyses will be deselected.

Select specific analyses or sequences

1. Click or tap a single analysis, sequence, or multiple items.

The selected items are highlighted.

2. To unselect an analysis or sequence, click or tap it again.

or Click or tap Deselect All in the header to deselect all your selected items.

Select all analyses and sequences

1. Click or tap Select All in the header.

All analyses and sequences displayed in the view are selected and highlighted.

2. Click or tap Deselect All in the header to clear your selection.
