Open the Sequence view

Prerequisites

The screen of your device must be wider than 768 pixels to view the Show sequence in Sequence View.

1. In the main menu, select Analyses.

2. Click or tap the sequence that you want to open in the Sequence view.

   You may only select the sequence header, not the analyses it contains.

3. Click or tap Show sequence in Sequence View to the right side of the sequence.



The Sequence view displays the parameters associated with the sequence. The table lists the analyses included in the sequence.

4. To close the view, click or tap X.

It is also possible to open the Sample Scheduler in Sequence view with a specific sequence loaded. To do so, add the specific sequence header ID in the URL with a valid user token.
