You can only access this view if the resolution of your device and the window size are large enough. The minimum resolution is 768 pixels.
The Sequence view shows a sequences header and a table with the included analyses.
The sequence header shows the parameters that apply to all analyses in the sequence. For details on these parameters, refer to Analysis Parameters (they are a subset of Analysis Info category).
It also shows the instrument status and technique, as
well as the sequence status. If the instrument is locked, a lock icon
is
displayed as well. If the instrument is in error state, the error information
provided by the CDS is given.
The table lists the included analyses. The columns of the table show the parameters that are specific to the analyses.
Automatic refresh remains activated while you are editing in the Sequence view. Your entries must be saved manually to become effective. The following exception applies: In the Analyses view, automatic refresh is disabled while a sequence is expanded and you are reviewing the analyses it contains. If you now open the Sequence view with automatic refresh disabled, automatic refresh is also disabled in the Sequence view, even in the editing state.
When you try to close the browser or browser tab, Sample Scheduler displays a warning if you have unsaved changes.
The number of fields in the sequence header and the number of displayed table columns depends on the resolution of your device and the window size. Additional fields and columns appear when you increase the window width beyond 768 pixels.
Expand the sequence header to view all sequence parameters
Scroll to the side to view all table columns
Scroll up and down to view all analyses in the table
Click the Column Chooser symbol
in the top left corner of the
table.
A list with all available analysis parameters opens.
Select the parameters to be displayed as columns in the table.
Your selection is saved for your user as long as you do not clear your cookies or site data.
To sort the columns, select the column headers and move them to the desired position in the table (using drag and drop).
The sequence table toolbar contains the following toggles:
Filter on/off
For dual sequence: Front/Back filters
Show front samples (default: on)
Show back samples (default: on)
Click the filter symbol
to enable
filtering.
The filter view opens. You can apply filters to every visible parameter.
Enter the filter you want to apply.
To further narrow down the visible rows, combine filters for different parameters.
If you hide a column, the filter for this column resets.
To sort in ascending or descending order, or to reset the sorting, click the table header for the column you want to sort by.
If you hide a column, the sorting in this column is reset.
To restore the default sorting, either close the sequence view or sort by sequence line number.
For dual sequences: You can apply separate sorting for front and back samples. The column header has two sorters for parameters that are separate for front and back.
