Edit parameters via filldown

Filldown allows you to quickly apply values to several sample lines by either copying the same value, or incrementing it.

Rules for filldown:

• Filldown is only available to users with the Edit analyses privilege.

• If only one row is selected, the function is disabled.

• If more than one row is selected, the filldown is only applied to the selected rows.

• Filldown always uses the topmost of the selected rows as starting point.

• Filldown follows the current order of visible rows.

  In editing mode, the filters and sorting remain applied.

• You can only apply filldown to fields that are user-editable.

• Only integer values or text values that end with an integer number can be incremented.

• For dual sequence: Use the toggle to show front, back or both. The filldown is then only applied to what is visible.

1. In editing mode, select the sample lines you want to edit.

2. Select the filldown symbol in the column you want to edit.

3. To copy the same value, select Fill down - copy. To increment the value, select Fill down - increment.

4. To apply the changes, select Save .
