Change vial position

In the Analyses view, the current vial position is displayed for each analysis. This field is editable.

To enter a vial position or change an existing one:

1. If the analysis is contained in a sequence, click to expand the sequence and find the relevant analysis.

2. Click or tap the field next to Vial.

3. Enter a number for the vial position. When using a smartphone or tablet, enter the number by the help of the displayed keyboard.

4. Click or tap on another analysis to save your changes. When using a smartphone or tablet, tap the Enter key on the keyboard to save your changes.

If you do not perform any of these actions, the value will be deleted after 20 seconds of inactivity.

The entered vial position is submitted to the database.
