Stop a submitted sequence or single-sample run

Open the Run Queue.

Click Stop
.

Select:

Abort current run - aborts the acquiring run. The next run in the sequence is started. This option is not available for a Headspace sampler or for full sequence download runs.

Abort current run and abort sequence - aborts the acquiring run and all runs in the sequence. The next run in the queue is started.

Complete current run and abort sequence - allows the acquiring run to complete but aborts all remaining runs in the sequence. The next run in the queue is started. This option is not available for a Headspace sampler or for full sequence download runs.

Abort all items submitted by current user - aborts all runs in the queue submitted by the logged on user. Runs submitted by other users continue.

Abort all - stops all runs in the queue submitted by any user.

Aborted sequences or single-sample runs remain in the Run Queue with an 
Aborted status. When a run is aborted, the next valid run is automatically started.
If the project settings in OpenLab Control Panel are configured to prompt for a reason when aborting run queue items, enter a reason for aborting the run, and click OK.
