Edit the Source parameters (LC/MS)

1. If necessary, show the Source section.

1. 1. Click Method.

1. 2. In the Acquisition Method window in the navigation pane, click Instrument Setup > SQ.
   3. In the navigation pane select Method > Source.

2. Set the Source Parameters.
   • Gas Temperature
   • Vaporizer
   • Gas Flow
   • Nebulizer
   • Sheath Gas Temp
   • Sheath Gas Flow
   • Capillary Voltage
   • Capillary Current
   • Corona Current
   • Corona Voltage - This is a read-only value. It shows the voltage for the corona.
   • Charging Voltage
   • Chamber Current - This is a read-only value. It shows the current in the spray chamber.
   • Nozzle Voltage (V) - The voltage at the nozzle of the Agilent Jet Stream. This variable is only available if your source is an Agilent Jet Stream.
