Method modifications can lead to inconsistencies in the qualifier response ratio (Rsp (%)) calculation. The value shown in the Qualifier group details table does then not reflect the current qualifier settings anymore.
Inconsistencies are highlighted as follows, as soon as you change relevant parameters in the method:
You changed a setting related to signal transformation. All response values are therefore outdated. Signal transformations are:
Alignment (see Align chromatograms from multiple detectors)
Smoothing (see Configure signal smoothing)
Blank Subtraction (see Use blank subtraction)
You changed the m/z expansion range (see Single m/z expansion chromatograms)
You changed the signal on which a compound is defined (see Compound table)
You changed the reference peak (see Qualifier ratio reference signal for compound on TIC signal)
Prerequisites

To update all inconsistent qualifier responses:
In the processing method, select the Compound Table tab in Compounds > Identification.
Right-click the compound table, and select Qualifier options > Update all inconsistent qualifier responses (%).
All qualifier response ratios are recalculated. The values are updated both in the processing method and in the injection results.
To update only selected qualifier responses:
Select the relevant compound or compounds in the compound table. To select multiple compounds, use Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click.
Right-click the selected compound or compounds, and select Qualifier options > Update compound qualifier response (%).
Qualifier response ratios are recalculated for all selected compounds. The values are updated both in the processing method and in the injection results.
To ignore warnings and remove the indicators:
In the processing method, select the Compound Table tab in Compounds > Identification.
Right-click the compound table, and select Qualifier options > Dismiss all qualifier warnings.
All indicators are removed. All values remain unchanged in the processing method and in the injection results.
