This task describes how you can interactively change the integration of your 2D peaks in the Contour Plot 2D.
Preparations
|
Display the required signal in the Contour Plot 2D, and zoom into the area of interest.
Make sure there is a method linked to your data.
Click the Manual Integration icon in the Contour Plot 2D toolbar.
With enabled manual integration, the Contour Plot is always shown with highlighted peak regions. Interpolation is disabled by default, but can be enabled again.
To focus the signal, click on the signal title in the Contour Plot 2D.
A warning is shown on the Manual Integration icon as long as the signal is not focused.
Proceed with the appropriate modification:
If your modification leads to inconsistent data, an exclamation mark is shown next to the injection name in the injection tree. In this case, reprocess your data.
To save your modifications: Ensure that the data is reprocessed, and save the result set.
Split/merge modifications are saved with the individual injection.
Manual integration corrections of ²D chromatograms may be saved with the injection or in the method. They are always saved together with ¹D manual integration corrections. For more details, see Apply manual integration corrections to other injections .
