What do you want to do?
Prepare for manual tuning (LC/MS)
The name of the current tune file. You can use the icons in the Tune Toolbar to open and save a tune file.
Whether or not the current tune file is a Fast scan tune file.
The source that is configured with the current instrument.
Whether the stream from the LC is going into Waste or into the MS.
Whether or not the calibrant is flowing.
Positive or Negative.
Scan, SIM, or Profile.
The time spent on each ion. See Dwell time (LC/MS).
The mass step size (in m/z) for profile scans. See Stepsize (LC/MS).
The number of data points collected at each mass during a scan. You specify the value for Scan and Profile. See Samples (LC/MS).
The number of profile scans to be averaged for each scan reported or displayed. You specify the value for Scan and Profile. See Averages (LC/MS).
Whether or not to acquire Centroid data when acquiring data in Tune. See Data storage (LC/MS).
The minimum value for a signal before it is reported. See Threshold (LC/MS)
Lag Factors are corrections that are applied to the mass axis due to ions taking a non-zero time to move through a quadrupole. When you click this button, it calculates and sets the mass assignment lag factors for the LC/MS.
